Boot Camp - Beginner and Intermediate

Boot camp is a total-body conditioning program designed to improve your muscular strength, power, muscular and cardiovascular endurance, agility, coordination, speed, flexibility, and balance.

This program is designed to give challenging workouts to all participants at all ability levels. This program will help you lose weight, increase muscle mass, decrease fat storage, increase cardiovascular endurance, self-confidence, personal empowerment and emotional security.
