8-Week Beginner Triathlon Training
This fully comprehensive training program is designed to encourage ANYONE with the desire of doing a triathlon to get OFF THEIR ASS AND DO IT. We will coach, guide and motivate you to complete a Sprint to Distance Triathlon (1/4m swim, 10-mile bike and 2-mile run) and make this summer one of the best of your life. Come see what you are capable of doing and break out of your box.
Our program will enable even the most novice athlete to complete their first triathlon. You will receive 2-3 coached workouts per week with certified USAT Coaches who will provide you with their expertise, structure, bio-mechanic drills, and training tips that will give you the confidence and motivation to cross that finish line.

Begins: June 30th, 2018 8am at B&S Fitness Companies Training Facility.
Goal Race: Call to Honor Triathlon Sept. 9th
Required equipment: Bike & helmet, running shoes, bathing suit (a wetsuit would be recommended for open water swims).
Skill requirements: swim skill is needed as we will be starting in the open water. If you are not great in the water, we recommend swim lessons a couple months prior to the program start date.

Where We Meet
Workout locations vary based on month and sport. Strength workouts are at B&S Facility or Salem Common. Run workouts are at Salem Common. Swims are at Salem State University. Then move to Devereux Beach, Marblehead for open water swims.
