Cardio HIIT

Recent studies have shown that high intensity interval training is one of the best and most efficient ways to burn fat, as well as to bust through fitness plateaus. This class will not only increase your aerobic capacity and tone your muscles, but it will help you get leaner and feel great. Each class will be different than the last one, and will incorporate cardio interval training, along with body weight exercises, light weight strength training, and plyometric movements.
