Fall 40 Fitness Challenge
Start Date: October 1st - End date: December 7th
Looking for some motivation, structure and/or accountability? Maybe even weight loss? The Fall 40 Fitness Challenge will provide all of those and more! Participants will have 10-weeks to complete 40 coached workouts in one of our training facilities. The first person to reach 40 workouts wins the challenge.
New members will need to meet with a fitness coach to fill-out the waiver, get an initial weigh-in and some background. Current members just go to a Shred, HIIT, Run or Boot camp class. Pre/post weigh in for members is optional (if you want to lose weight you should weigh in with a coach). There will be special prizes/incentives along the way to keep you motivated.
Cost: Shred/Boot Camp Workouts Only = $99
Fine print: Only one workout per day is eligible for attendance. All workouts must be completed at either salem or marblehead training facility or MHD boot camp. If a participant has to travel they can track a workout on their smart phone or watch and post the details on FB or text to a coach. The coach will then check them in for attendance. This is ONLY for participants that are traveling. A road race or fitness event counts as a “workout” just provide the proof of completion. After the 10-week time frame, the membership ends even if the participant has not completed all 40 workouts. They can join membership after the program if they would like. Nutrition assistance available at an additional cost, must speak with Amanda for details. Participants are responsible for checking themselves in before or after each workout.
