Our "Hybrid Training class will be combining all aspects of the B&S Fitness classes such as Boot Camp, OCR, Cardio HIIT, while throwing in a touch of Kick Boxing and other martial arts conditioning tools to make it more unique. This class will challenge and grow your physical abilities but is suited for all levels and abilities. Come give it a try!
