Pure Power Cycling "P2"

Do you want to increase your cycling power and speed?

Join us in our brand-new state-of-the-art cycling studio.  The P2 (Pure Power) program uses CompuTrainer indoor bicycle trainers to help increase your cycling power. Whatever your starting point, our highly motivating coaches will help you move up in the rankings and attain your competitive or fitness goals. Equally important, P2 CompuTrainer Classes will eliminate the boredom often associated with an indoor bike trainer and take your performance to the next level.

The "Pure Power" Program specifically improves each cyclists functional threshold power, FTP (also known as AT, LT, critical threshold, and 1-hour power) in cyclists and multi-sport athletes. FTP is the most crucial physiological benchmark relating to performance in the cycling leg of triathlon, in most cycling events, and even strongly correlates to improvements in run pacing off the bike in distances ranging from sprint triathlons through Ironman distance events.
