Run Faster is designed to develop and improve cardiovascular endurance, stamina and power. We focus on running technique through drills, technique, & biomechanics. Benchmark testing and workouts will be strategically placed to track progress and pace.
Run Faster will give you the coached structure and guidance that you are looking for to help you reach your goals.
We also have training programs for Marathon, 1/2 Marathon, Couch to 5k, and 6.66 milers! Coached weekly workouts with individual program guidance = AWESOME RESULTS.
