Designed for moms who want their body back, whether you just had a baby or your last child was born five years ago!
This class will help women reveal their strengths in a supportive, inspiring, and powerful environment.
The class will be a 60-minute, total body workout which includes cardio, strength, plyometrics, and bonding with your little ones. The class is held both indoors and outdoors depending on weather. Workouts will be tailored so babies can come along in their strollers and be incorporated into the workouts
